Chemalloy was founded in 1963 by Tony Demos, former President and CEO.
Chemalloy employs approximately 85 people.

Chemalloy specializes in the manufacture of custom sized alloys, metals, minerals and chemicals for various industrial applications.
Most of these can be varied in size and chemical composition and are generally available in lump, granular or powder forms.

Miller and Company

Established in 1919 as a distributor of pig iron and metallurgical coke in the Midwestern U.S., Miller has grown into one of the most diversified suppliers of raw materials to the ferrous foundry and steel industry in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Miller supplies customers with Sorelmetal, CoorsTek ceramic molten metal filters, briquetted alloys, silicon carbide grain, pig iron, nickel, Milco carbon, ferrophosphorous, ferro-alloys, ferrosilicon based inoculants, cored wire, and Cogebi mica.
Miller owns one carbon and SiC grain processing plant in Mulga, Alabama and another carbon and SiC processing plant in Seneca, Ilinois which also includes the production of SiC, carbon and alloy briquettes.

Miller and Company has a longstanding tradition of Service, Quality, and Integrity under a dynamic team that has solidified the company’s standing as the premier supplier of raw materials to the ferrous foundry and steel industries of North America.

Miller and Company LLC is headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, Illinois.

Keyvest

Keyvest is a leading manufacturer of silicon powder and silicon carbide powder, and is a marketer of related products. The company is headquartered in Liège, Belgium and employs 15 people. Mr Michel Joly is the founder of Keyvest, as well as Metfield and Intermat, and has a 45 year history of serving primarily the refractory industry and other markets.

Keyvest will continue as a separate entity within the Nizi Group, operating under the Keyvest brand and the current management. Mr Joly will join Nizi International, and support the group’s further development of niche products.
