Holta Invest AS has a long industrial tradition in Norway

Since January 2010, Nizi International has been owned by Holta Invest SA, a company with a long industrial tradition in Norway’s metallurgical sector. This Norwegian investment group is 100% owned by Kjetil Holta, the previous majority owner of the Tinfos Group. Holta Invest intends to maintain and further develop the Company’s international trade and distribution activities.

Holta Invest’s Board of Directors are all highly experienced senior executives from the industrial and finance sectors.
