our management principes

Our NIZI International Management Manual is a reference and guideline to our business partners, customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and banks.
It describes our management system and shows our management approach based on the following principles:

We want to serve our customers and therefore we want to understand and meet their current and future needs.

Our leaders establish unity of purpose and direction within the organization.
They create and maintain the internal environment in which our people can become fully involved in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Our people at all levels are the essence of NIZI International and only their full involvement enables us to serve our customers. We aim to provide a trustful work environment, competitive compensation and state-of-the art office space. We want our people to realise their full potential.

A desired result is achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process, a sequence of related activities.

Identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a system, contributes to our organization’s effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its objectives.

Continuous improvement of the organization’s overall performance is our permanent objective.

Effective decisions are based on the analysis of data and information.

Our organisation and our suppliers are interdependent and a mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both to create value.

NIZI International‘s Management System is compliant with EN ISO 9001:2008 and certified by TÜV Rheinland.

NIZI International currently holds no production facilities, therefore, any certifications in accordance to ISO 14000:2004 and ISO 16949 are not applicable.

A general liability insurance policy has been underwritten by NIZI International SA with AIG Europe Limited covering our activity and civil responsibility.

As part of our sourcing philosophy, we aim to comply with the objectives of the United Nations Global Compact/Charter of Fundamental Rights of European Union.
